Great pay in comparison to other Sales jobs in the area, awesome benefits, and laid back dress code.

Cons

Management tends to over-promise and under-deliver. I was promised I'd be moved to another department before being fired for not producing in a timely manner. Mind you, I was only there maybe two months. I had a ton of appointments set up for the following week and wasn't on a write up or anything. I walked into work, was called in the office and told I am being let go due to performance. The day before, the manager told me I was doing great. So...... WTH?!

If you just want a job to pay bills, sure.

Cons

Culture is poor since the acquisition and merger. Leadership is poor. No growth opportunities Too many changes. Product is inferior to the competition. Nobody knows what company is in charge. Service Fusion or Profit Rhino.
