Where to start..
Horrible ownership, racist, discriminatory, sexist, derogatory, the list goes on.
So much drama created by ownership alone, very toxic work culture, inappropriate relationships, illegal business practices, unfair treatment to staff, no real training, no self development, will cap pay or make your goals impossible to hit so you never benefit.
I could go on but that sums up most of it.
Would never recommend to anyone, would never return .
