At least you may get a pay check for a while. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK OUT WHAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN.

Cons

Over the past few months the owner has fired employees that have been with the company for 10 to 20 years. He said he wanted to control the office furriture business in the area and proceeded to buy out companies in the area and around the country. He ran them into the ground, now he's fireing hard working people and keepinng temps and younger people to save money.

There really is nothing good about my working experience with Service West. The leadership is to concerned with sending out dozens and dozens of useless emails expecting that the employees respond to all of them. The last Branch Manager was smothered by garbage daily instead of being able to run the business.

Cons

This company is around only to service itself. If you have to hear about the "History of Service West" .....run.....thats all you hear....over and over...and over again. Clue: No one cares but you Mark.

They offer good benefits. Plenty of space to park your car.

Cons

Lack of leadership and direction from management. Lots of gossiping about peers, coworkers are often thrown under the bus, favoritism, and negativity towards management and customers. Customer service views Customers as a pain to deal with and often times Account Managers point the finger at other departments or the customer when projects don't go well.
