1. Lot to learn. 2. Best work culture. 3. Good Compensation. 3. Easy reach to everyone. You can reach out to anyone if you are facing any issues or concerns. 4. Friendly environment. We enjoy working here. 5. Lots of games/outings/fun activities (of course not during covid, we do online gaming and party).

Cons

Haven't found any in my 1 and half years of journey.

- good tech to work on - opportunities for learning and growing - appreciative management which keep tracks of your hard work and appreciates the same to the wider org. - timely feedback for improvements and proper action plans to overcome challenges - good compensation - good medical facilities - now a days management is very much serious about the well being of there employees - good company values and ethics - big brand - Big support for Diversity and Inclusion - Emphasis on achieving your annual performance and personal goals.

Cons

- Sometimes there are not much of processes for each and everything as you might expect if you are coming from any other reputed big organization e.g. Oracle. - Sometimes work may become hectic

Pros

Great Company to work for (highly dependent on your manager, but company is awesome) Lots of goodies/benefits Good medical benefits with 0% co-pay. (Never heard this anywhere) Stock options average 8-10 % hike in a year. (Nothing great but good during pandemic.)

Cons

Very bad management at lower end, esp. at Tech support - Hyderabad. Managers expect you to work beyond your shift hours as a norm (like we are their personal slaves) If you work only for 8-9 hours diligently, do not expect a promotion any time soon. The whole lower level managers (who are now directors) need to be taught what work-life balance is and how to provide to the engineer who report to them. Good for people who are ready to be slaves for good amount of stocks/salary.

I really mean it .. team really helped me in my first few weeks until I get settle down. 7. 3 Months Paternity Paid leaves What else do you need guys☺️👍

I can't say it's a cons or negatives..just thought to help reader to give bit an understanding. 1. It takes sometime to settle down here..lot of things to learn for the first 2-3 months time (platform,process,tools,basic javascripting, mandatory trainings etc..) 2. Initially, It feels bit overwhelming to settle down. But once you are done with above then you would really enjoy the feeling of working for such an owesome company.

1. Great Leadership 2. Customer 0 company - we are leveraging our own products in our daily workflows 3. Human centric 4. Everyone in the team helps one another and share responsibilities 5. Regular feedback from managers and peers 6. Lots of other benefits - health, entertainment, learning 7. Great on-boarding experience with well-defined action items

This is completely a new platform for QE's. A lot to learn in Servicenow for QE's Best Pay Very caring towards employees Work Life balance is very good(I can say this because Fridays are half days here :))
