    Pros

    Love how humble the leaders and people are. They are approachable, enjoy learning and helping to grow our people. The humility is refreshing and people want to do the right thing and put people first. This company is very purpose-driven as well.

    Cons

    It's high growth and fast-paced (which creates amazing opportunity to grow and super charge your experiences), but is not for people who don't want to grow with the company at the same rate.

    Pros

    -Decent benefits -Decent pay and stock options -Strong P4 leadership

    Cons

    - Not much career growth. -HR policies are a joke. Your band, designation and pay depends on your incoming salary and not based on your experience and talent. You will see a lot of people who are inexperienced , inefficient and are still in a better band/has better salary because their incoming salary was high. No parity. -Take home will be low due to stock options. -IDC Management is a joke. Most of them joined from companies like Oracle, ADP etc . They don’t have managerial/leadership skills. - No work life balance. Indian PMs are POs basically. They will have to work atleast 10 hours a day. Meetings till 11.30 pm on most of the days is very common. - Policies in India are different from global policies, which are the worst. - In the name of ramping up IDC, company hired anyone who applied for a job! This is seen across the quality of people in Engineering/QE/UX/Documentation. Lot of inefficient and poor performers in all departments.

    - Stocks and benefits. -1 month notice period.

    Cons

    - No much career growth - Even the pay will be low due to stock options. - Management is the worst. Few of them are just show pieces and cannot even handle escalations. - No work life balance. - Your salary, career everything is in the hands on managers. HR has no role in the organisation. - Policies in India are different from global policies, which are the worst. - Few Engineers dominate other Engineers with their extra managerial skills, don't fall for them ever!

    The framework of this company is robust The platform itself is awesome with high flexibility The CEO The way the employees are taken care of. Compensation and stocks are huge bonus. There is huge growth in RSUs. Team culture is awesome Huge credit should go to the P4 management and their staff

    Cons

    Trainings for new hires are at a very basic level and time consuming. These trainings are designed towards customers about the customising the platform and the product. But new hire developers will not be benefited with these. They need something more technical.

    Only pros are: 1. Free snacks 2. Decent salary

    Cons

    Cons: 1. Zero growth..Absolute zero 2. Mostly you will fill forms...Almost zero coding 3. You won't learn anything as you will not work on anything. Advice: If you want to learn more and grow, don't join. If you are well settled and want a job just for money, go for it.
