Pros

* Great Team. * Management is good. * No micro managers. *Amazing Healthcare insurance.(No Copay) *Work 12 hour shift, get 3 days off. *Great Pay for the input of work. *Some OT allowed.

Cons

You have to walk a lot, although not all the time. (But you will get use to it.)

Health/dental benefits covered at 100%

Cons

Consistently understaffed at location (5 people to provide onsite support 16 hours per day (4am-8pm) 7 days per week) Difficult to take time off because there was always difficulty getting support coverage
