Work is good - thats the only pos thing

Since it is formed out of CA technologies, it is biased towards the CA people most. And that too gets reflected during hikes and appraisal. They are the only ones to get hikes and bonuses. Also there is too much of micromanagement and politics going on the floor, that are clearly visible to the naked eye. No recognition for good / outstanding work done. Product management is literally a joke, changing requirements every day. Please stay away from this company and dont join to spoil your career.

Good work environment and culture, more collaborative, team supportive and management is transparent. Appraisals are fair.

Cons

I would raise the engineering standards. The code quality needs to be high, and we need more effective in testing by the core developers. People need to stop writing code that just works, and start writing code that's maintainable.
