      good culture, good incentive scheme. pressure is moderate. used to be organic sales. strong basics, less drama to please the top 4 or 5 people.

      Cons

      the environment is changing, becoming primary based not secondary based which you are responsible for. Bad management from the top, focus on the main thing is 50% but results need 100%,
