Cons
We couldn't do Sales Kick Off this year in person and that was a bummer. Everyone from accounting and operations to sales gets flown or driven out to our yearly SKO. We miss being able to collaborate the same way in person because we've built a culture of hiring people you genuinely want to spend time with. 2022 SKO is planned to make up for it!
