Pay, Benefits. That's about it....

Cons

Incompetent supervision. Some supervision who helped in running Rouge Steel into bankruptcy got to keep their job to try to run this one in the ground as well. Atmosphere. Company likes to think that supervision work hand in hand with hourly but its worse then its ever been. Health. Too many people have health issues as they get older. Its a very dirty environment.

cramming swing shift down peoples throats, inept middle management, the bottom line is they talk a good game but dont walk it

Pros

Great health care benefits and 401K plan. Mid level management was good and respectful, too bad upper management was not.

Cons

Worst place that I have ever worked for in my life. Senior management is horrible and is only concerned with covering their own butt. I would rather be unemployed living in the streets then working one more day for this company, worst experience of my life.
