CEO is corrupt, intimidating, controlling, demeaning, belittles staff, causes distention between employees, starts and spreads rumors, pits employees against each other, lies to management regarding their staff to pit staff against supervisors, minimizes managements position to other staff members, lies to management regarding things that are imperative to their position...and I could go on and on. But the bottom line is if your looking for a management position I would highly recommend avoiding Shadow Mountain!

Management will put people against each other by lying and spreading rumors about them. Upper level management really has no idea how to promote synergy among the employees. Employees never know if management is being truthful or not.
