Good opportunity- no growth

Pros

The Co workers are fun, the facilities are really pretty and maintained well. I can imagine the course renovation only added to that this year. It is a great job for high school students or people home during the summer of college. The food is good and they put on fun events for the members. Management is okay.

Cons

Like mentioned, this is a great seasonal opportunity. As for full time, the staff is incredibly cliquey. If you don't fit in, they make it known. That includes management. Management can be disrespectful and degrading at times in the way they speak to you. Communication isn't incredibly open. Can be told by one person to do something one way and then told by another person to do it a different way. No clear direction.
