Pros
You will learn a lot at Shape as there is so much to do and you are kind of thrown into it right away to figure it out. Owner is a genuinely good person and does care about his employees to a point compared to most companies in the MSP world. Not much of an expectation for working after working hours. Good company culture with interesting people. Lots of room to input your own ideas.
Cons
Completely understaffed for the amount of tickets that come in, everyone does the job of two people. Most of the time things are not well planned out and you're thrown to the wolves. Management is very vague most of the time on what needs to be done. While there is room for growth, salary does not grow with job titles in an equal amount. Generally low salary with decent bonuses. Generally a very hectic atmosphere.
