- unreachable goals and being - no HR - CEO doesn’t seem to care about anyone, just finances and the mission

Remote, great and supportive co-workers

Cons

Micro-managing, no real HR that can take action because CEO doesn't prioritize, no pay equity for people of color and senior leadership does not seem to care about the mental health of employees and they incredibly rude. Senior leadership are not public health professionals or SUD professionals. They prioritize external over internal hiring.
