      You get a regular paycheck.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty far below market, and atmosphere is misleading. During the interview, they made it sound like this great place to work, but in reality, owners are extremely rigid and seriously uptight. They charge clients and keep most of it while paying you nothing and treating you like a drone. Lots of promises, no follow through. Very disappointed.
