Where to begin....
-No diversity, all white men worked here. 1 female in the sales department
-Leadership here is a mess. ZERO company communication. People would leave and there was no communication internally about it.
-Leadership just treated employees like trash. Like we are totally disposable
-Training/Onboarding was less than a week. Then you are yelled at for not booking meetings etc because you aren't implementing XYZ or know XYZ about the product.
-Stress on Personalization but not training on "how to personalize"
-Product is VERY dense. There is a very long curve to learn. With a poor onboarding process and lack of coaching - it makes selling quite difficult
-Leadership will fire people indiscriminately with no remorse or help to find a new job. They fired an employee who was on vacation...
-The CEO and Co-founder are totally aloof. Fantastic people I am sure, but they let managers run rampant on employees.
-Wrote an email to the CEO about poor treatment by my boss and heard nothing.
-Minimal pipeline to build. I felt bad for the AE's here. Sellers here work 3-7 deals that seem to take forever to close. Those guys won't see a commission check for several months. Same with the BDRs
-No benefits. No 401k. No health benefits, no lunch benefits.
