You will never get a salary on time. They wont give appraisal on time, if they give also it will be very less. As one candidate said managers are bad here. Its very true. What ever he said is true. You wont learn anything from here. Always you will be working on C#,and SQL. You will never be exposed to advanced concepts here. Team leaders or managers, they doesn't know anything except scolding and insulting newly joined employees and they screw employees as they want. They will never give chance to implement your ideas, you have to work as they tell, and you should say yes for whatever they tell.

No proper recognition. management with bad attitude. Salary never given on time. Done times never given on the month. No settlement for the people who resign, last one month salary will eaten by company itself. No policies defined as such till date. Hr denies to share any policy with the employees. Works against labor law of India. Not even have a provision for PF. I don't know how they call themselves a company. One who butter the boss will be paid at least 10000 INR as increment (6months/1year). Many people who don't even know to work are paid in lakhs, just to maintain companies head count. No time projects are delivered on time.
