Pros

There isn't any in my experience

Cons

-No job guarantee will fire you last minute -In my experience they employee who work just for a week was fired when they knew a month prior that they may need to layoff the employees -HR declared the layoff with a broad smile on their faces which show how much they have value for sentiments for a person - No proper procedure they follow when they know they are facing reduction in business - employees are terminated withing days' time from when they were hired making them lose all their opportunities they could have opted just because this company didn't hold their ground and kept hiring so they can just say sorry you are terminated due to reduction in business with a broad smile on their face.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, our company had to make a very difficult decision due to some exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Being informed that your role has been made redundant is never something anyone wants to hear, so your frustration is understandable. We accelerated our hiring within a particular division in recent months with the expectation of taking on additional work from our client, this is currently on hold due to a sudden shift in the client’s business priorities. We regret that your experience at Sherweb was not more positive due to these unforeseen circumstances, and we wish you success in your search for new employment. It is our sincere hope and expectation that we will need to increase hiring in that division in the coming months to meet growing demand for our services. Our company is continuing to recruit for a variety of other roles across the organization to support our growth.

CHEAP SWEATSHOP

Pros

1. Work From Home policy. 2. Some of the fellow coworkers were nice and helpful. 3. Some useful knowledge is gained during the course of your tenure.

Cons

It is nothing but just a cheap sweatshop - they make you work day in day out, doing nothing but documenting stuff while on technical support calls, like daily wagers. There's ZERO work-life balance, contrary to what is advertised in their website, far from it actually. Most importantly, there is ZERO JOB SECURITY and a HIRE-FIRE policy is there. Every week is survival mode for employees, due to the practice of stringent enforcement of achieving targets, failing which may land you in PIP or worse may get you fired. As a result, you become disgruntled, shaken and stymied by lack of assistance and burnout that sets in inevitably. The management is pathetic and incompetent as they're not even able to accurately forecast their current and future business projections. As a result, the unwary employees are laid off when business losses are there. The technical support staff are burdened with excess work and are required to achieve regular targets in the form of closed IT incidents. The excess work leads to regular backlogs (which stretches on endlessly) for employees and this leads to a mess as there is little to zero timely assistance from senior colleagues. To start with, training requirements for employees are not properly fulfilled. Also, there is no actual set up put in place for management of critical IT incidents, leading to an almost daily customer dissatisfaction. Before long, employees are put on PIP and fired subsequently but nothing else changes. The management is cold and unempathetic, and the employees are just viewed as means of revenue generation for the organization, nothing else. The experience was almost like working as a remote daily wager just documenting stuff and nothing valuable was gained, except maybe a little here and there.

Pros

No pros only cons. Never do a mistake of joining the company.

Cons

Never join this company. I said never ever. They are fire people randomly with out any prior notice. If you want to make your life depressed and carrier a mess then you can join. They might lure you by offering you a good pay . Don't fall for them. Work life balance is 0. they have fired our complete batch.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our company had to make a very difficult decision recently due to some exceptional circumstances beyond our control. We recently accelerated our hiring within a particular division with the expectation of taking on additional work from our client, this is currently on hold due to a sudden shift in the client’s business priorities. As a result, we unfortunately had to inform some people that their roles were made redundant. We understand the impact and disappointment such news has on those who have been affected and wish them success in finding new employment.
