Great staff for the most part. I work with wonderful people to keep the boat afloat, and we ship a great product.
Cons
Upper management poking holes in the boat, and consistently sabotaging themselves trying to force their personal beliefs down everyone's throats, as well as a complete refusal to give anyone a pay raise no matter what position they grow into or are forced into.
