Pros

Nothing. Total LALA, don't fall in their trap

Cons

They will offer you Asst manager roll with package beyond your expectation. Then they will make your life miserable. Total LALA company in the name of startup. Mr Akshay gulati CBO will treat u like dog. No ethics, no culture. I personally have saved 2 3 people before falling in their trap. Mr CBO has a management quota degree from Harvard, which show his leadership skills by treating their people like dogs. You may find this review bit focused on one man Mr CBO. Trust me you will feel the same with in couple of weeks after joining them. I only spent 5 month with them, i spent 5 years with my previous company. You can imagine the difference. Its a humble request. Your personal life will spoil,, you will not be able to work even though you are a workaholic. Total manual work. Their SOP get change every day. Plz plz do not join

Pros

No pros at all for any regular employee, just good for associate directors and directors who are here for long.

Cons

Shiprocket is a mess, and it's easy to see why. The CEO and CTO don't seem to have a clue about what it means to create a healthy work environment. They push everyone to work late into the night and weekends without a clear reason, making it impossible to have any kind of work-life balance. The CTO is all about pathetic analogies, but when it comes to real leadership, he disappears. If you're hoping for guidance or a plan, forget it. You're on your own be it CTO or VP or Director or manager. CEO is too busy with grand ideas to notice that the company's ship is sinking because the crew is overworked and underpaid.
