Pros
if some body is giving his/her efforts to build better business .it recognizes by the all superiors .
Cons
sometimes we get so much of paper work which i feel its not needed.like customer data we ordered to maintain it in five different formats .which can be seen by two formats.some of the procedure needs to be modified as per region.
