The pros of working at SDE were very obvious in the beginning. They train their employees thoroughly, and give you the tools you need to do your job properly regardless of previous work experience.

As a current employee at ShootDotEdit, I can honestly say this has been one of the best jobs I have had. When I was first hired, I was not expecting this to turn into my career. ShootDotEdit is not only about making our customers happy and successful, but also our employees. I come to work and I see everyone here as my second family. We are a very close group who look out for each other, support each other, and do not look down on each other even if someone holds a higher level in the company. From my experience, there is always room for improvement and growth in this company and everyone is welcome to add their own personal touch to what we do. We have lunches, cultural activities, and company outings to keep all of us united. Expect to work hard and voice your opinion but at the end of the day, this is a fun job where you get to learn new things!
