One of the worst work cultures I've ever seen. Leadership lacks communication with teams or takes any feedback. Manager extremely partial to certain members of the team. Lack of leaderships skills and doesnt know how to delegate or work with people. Weak communicator. No growth opportunities or any kind of career path. The work is more based in day to day and no plans are ever set. Leadership needs serious coaching and help how to run teams. Barely any projects or work is ever properly assigned. Everyone is doing everything so theres no accountability of who does what. Almost all departments have favoirties so if you are outspoken. God help you. Hence most employees dont Express and just work for the paycheck. Im glad to leave this place and trust me if u are looking for a long term career. Dont look here. You wont have one.

Manager and director level positions are almost always reserved for team members from India who’s citizenship status is tied to maintaining a multinational executive or manager visa classification. 2. As a result of the above, most directors/managers are not actually qualified and the lack of direction is reflected in the business. 3. The executive team constantly makes last minute changes that causes people’s hard work to go to waste. 4. Layoffs have always been very common. 5. Constructive criticism about the company is ignored. 6. Work/life balance is not valued. 7. Wages are poor across the board. 8. Unprofessional culture of shady business dealings and constantly dodging laws/lawsuits. 9. Company culture is misogynistic & racist. 10. All of these problems steadily got worse over time.
