      Pros

      Open office, every person is keen to help wherever they can. Very good insight to the working life for myself

      Cons

      After the takeover by Tyco, it seemed as though the current management wouldn't have much of a say in the business decisions

      ShopperTrak has an amazing group of employees and they are so helpful when you need anything. I love the work environment!

      Pros

      The culture was amazing and the people are always willing to help out. You work with a lot of individuals who have had great accomplishments within the retail realm.

      Cons

      I do not have any downsides that I can think of at the moment.
