      Pros

      Greg Shottenkirk is the best owner. I have been with him now 7 years and it only gets better every year. If you do a good job and work hard he will allow you to grow and run your store. He plans to grow the company and continue expanding in more states. He has an amazing management team that truly supports the stores and allows us to run them. We have all the resources we need to grow and get better.

      Cons

      I truly enjoy this company and with 20 years experience I don't plan to work for anyone else for the next 20.
