Pros

Insurance policy is solid—thanks to the old senior management. Back then, they really took care of employees like family. Company is strong in hardware, no doubt. Solid engineering teams. Mobile app development is on a different level, with world-class output. Last two years salary hikes are quite good—double digits! Better than most companies in the market.

Cons

Job security is not guaranteed, Two rounds of layoffs in five years—very stressful, especially for experienced employees like me . New leadership from headquarters is not easy to work with. Their behavior is not respectful—borderline racist, no proper work ethics. HR team is very weak. They only say “yes sir, yes madam,” never stand up for employees. Looks like they’re scared of global leadership. Work-life balance is tough. Too much pressure, always working like there’s no tomorrow.Recent hires are shocking, babai. Many new people don’t have proper experience or qualification, but still they got selected—just because they know someone from earlier companies. So many external consultants also got hired randomly. No proper interview, no checks. It’s like anyone can come in if they know the right person
