-Great potential to grow with competitive benefits. -Great management. -Great flexibility in work schedule. -Multi-faceted projects to challenge you and learn. -Great work environment.
Cons
- You need to be ready to challenge yourself and put some hard work. - (for some) Able to get a P.E. license if you don't have it already - the company is ever growing, so a stronger team is a must.

Pros
Great for those who are hungry to constantly learn in your field in IT, and AEC as the companies continues to grow. I was fortunate to have been exposed to IT on all levels. Generally is a great work environment to be in.
Cons
As a smaller family company, there are setbacks.
