      U better learn tamil ASAP as almost everyone in the company prefers to communicate in tamil instead of english

      Can learn lot of things from CEO, who is ground to earth.

      Cons

      Second level management is as worst as it could who treats you like school kids. Poor people management. Always threaten everyone on firing. Poor work culture and will never have your personal time after work. Worst work life balance.
