Company is extremely dangerous, They don't follow safety guidelines, The only time they wear the proper PPE is when there is a OSHA inspection. They clean the lead based wave solder machine while employees are in the building. No insurance for working full time. They do everything they can to make you fall asleep while working.

The owner and his sheep won't look anyone in the eye when they come out to the production floor. HR is not there for the employees benefit. And speaking of benefits, there are none except PTO. I was laid off 2 weeks before my 2 year PTO was due to me. If you work in the office you can get insurance but I've heard it isn't worthwhile. Just before I was laid off they turned the production employees over to a leasing company, we guessed so they wouldn't have to offer insurance. They will use and abuse you until you get sick of it. 10 hour days with 2 10 minute breaks and 1/2 lunch. Unless you are desperate for money don't go there.
