Above all, Sideshow DO NOT value the people that keep these clients serviced, happy and ultimate making revenue.
- High workloads with little/ no rewards e.g. no pay rises for 3+ years
- Promotion freeze since 2021
- Painfully evident that it's owned by private equity. Everything needs a "business case" to be signed off.
- Responsibility increases/ job title changes without the pay to reflect this
- Sorely lacking culture compared to how it was previously
