Pros
The people--the owners go out of their way to choose good people. They really do stress work/life balance and they always have your back. Work from home--the entire team works from home, meeting up once a month. Very goal oriented--the company goals are well defined and everyone on the team knows what is expected of them.
Cons
Small but on track to reach the ambitious plans the team has developed.
