Tough Experience

Pros

The product is beautiful, Cyber is a fast paced industry to dip your feet into, very cool office and benefits. Other cyber software companies will want to hire you.

Cons

No leadership, passive aggressive negativity, literally zero work life balance. Be prepared to be on call 24/7. No culture.

Pros

Nice looking product, SOAR is a hot space

Cons

Passive aggressive culture, total separation of Tel Aviv office, New York office and remote workers. CEO promised there would be no layoffs during COVID crisis and layoffs occurred a week later. Zero communication on executive's strategy. Do not expect to move up the ranks, no one is ever promoted or considered for new positions.

Smart team, challenging work, great product

Pros

Very much a family atmosphere and a fun place to work. Individual contributions are valued and stuff moves fast. Management is very receptive to feedback and there's a solid vision in place.

Cons

Still a fairly early stage startup that gets quite hectic. Processes are somewhat immature and some things are done via brute force rather than finesse.
