— incompetent GM, has no ability to lead or motivate people —leaders are ineffective, pointing fingers, with little interest in solving problems —Everyone is miserable —pay is low, benefits are marginally average. —you will be hard pressed to find a worse place to collect a paycheck.

The new ceo is all about making people fear him. It’s an unfair place to work. The new people have been people he has brought from other places he knows so anyone who worked there before is now not a good employee. He has favorites and everyone else gets blame. The working conditions are bad and there is so much work and it keeps adding on. The morale is so low as a lot of us fear for our jobs. It’s never good enough.
