Pros
Sigma is a tech leader company in Italy. They always follow the most cutting-edge technologies and provides top quality products. The environment is friendly and motivating. You can have the opportunity to work in a small group of committed engineers and learn every aspect of the system you are developing.
Cons
Salary is not so high considering the amount of added value you provide to the company as an engineer. Furthermore, there are too many obstacles for a vertical growth and there are no bonuses for the extra work you do.

Good work life balance. Good benefit. Work is easy.
Cons
Very disorganized. Management does not know what they are doing. They layoff people when they lost client. The attrition rate is very high.
