Some managers are relatives of the CEO, yes this is true. They are just humiliating the fresh and junior employees and would only listen to political corrupt senior employees. There are only few senior employees left and most of them are boot-lickers of these managers to get as much onsite opportunities as they can. you will see only few employees travelling onsite for almost every opportunity. No matter how much junior developer works, they are still expected to do better and management and senior employees leaves no chance to abuse them...just to prove they are the only hero in the clan. Companies identity has been recently in question as nobody knows what is cooking at legal level as company names got changed 2 times. Only 2 or 3 slightly good projects, rest of the employees are sitting idol, this is the most horrifying situation. worst work-life balance
