1.The experience level in the company is very modest. That´s why personal development opportunities are highly limited. The training sessions or workshops are far away being development discussions. I don't get any professional development to develop my career further 2.Some managers get high paid to do nothing just to come and go any time they want. 3.No support from management. 4.very low salary hike.
