Small informal teams Office has an easy commute Somewhat layback office atmosphere
Cons
Due to relaxed "we're a family" atmosphere bosses tend to be unprofessional and over demanding. Very low pay for amount of work to be done. Pathetic benefits and holiday leaves They reward people they like not how good you are at your job.

Decent offer for staff salary and benefit if compared to other similar companies but not up-to par with similar size corporation
