you can start your career and work here for 4-6 months, as it will help you to use the basics in the next organisation, but don't expect any salary for that as you hardly get any money from here.
Cons
A big list, to start with a few. The CEO ( Raman Kaur) as mentioned here is the only reason why this company is in this bad situation right now, she is one smart person who knows how to degrade the other person that too without any reason, if u agree to her , Great, but once you disgaree with her, you will be able to see her real sefl, Selfish and self centered can best describe her. Forget about the money , and respect , these two things you would never find here. They dont pay on time, and just promise about the incentives, but the harsh truth is you will never get a penny. People who worked here for 7 years and more are still running after their money. Rajwinder Sir, And Poonam Mam take their all efforts to improve, but Raman Kaur i dont think will be able to do any good. No management , no finance no HR.
