Pros

Great environment that is truly collaborative. You are given space/opportunity to grow professionally and personally as much as you would like. In my case, I started with an internship and almost a year later, I can honestly say that I have learned and develop so much, which is something that doesn't happen in most company.

Cons

It's true there's a "work hard, play hard" mentality that is not for everyone.

Pros

I’ve been working here for some time now and I think it gets better every day. Both the company and the team are growing really fast, and that means that everyday you get the chance of meeting new professionals who are just as passionate as you about this. Also, entering new markets such as France or Germany is a good professional challenge and you get to learn something new everyday.

Cons

As many startups when they grow in such short amount of time, is hard to keep track of the newcomers. But hopefully, HR is doing a great job organizing meetups and events for us to become closer almost every month.

Pros

The typical "values" written on the wall really have a meaning. There's great communication across the team, and everybody is invited to be themselves.

Cons

What usually happens to fast paced startups that are growing so much. They used to be a couple of dozens one year ago and now it's hard to put processes in place. And to delegate.

Advice to Management

It's time to invest in seniority. Hire people that know what to do, and let them work. But keep doing a great job at filtering the right profiles!

Pros

Cool and smart people, with a lot of energy. You have full autonomy to take the ownership and improve existing processes. Founders and top decision makers are accesible, open to talk and discuss not only future projects but also "business as usual".

Cons

Due to issues with corporate communication, common to fast-paced growing companies, you can feel that in general people are not on the same page in regards to company's priorities and main goals. Basically, a lot of people don't know if the company is doing good or not.

Advice to Management

Define OKRs in an individual level that are easily relatable to the company goals and communicate them heavily. Present the company key figures and achievements monthly

Pros

I've been with Signaturit for about 2 years now, and enjoy coming to work just as much as when I started. I feel supported through my manager and coworkers :) - People work hard but there is a good life balance as well. - Amazing product that customers love. - Great workspace with terrace - Ample opportunities to grow with the company. You're always encouraged to keep learning... - The human resources... department hires smart, skilled and also friendly, collaborative and pleasant people. Company with a Vision and a Heart!! Great job!! Hard to beat this.

The company is expanding rapidly so process and intra-team communication can sometimes get in the way of getting things done most efficiently.

Advice to Management

You definitely have the feeling of rapid growth here as in any startups, although I have the feeling that you are handling this responsibly.

1. Management teams are horrible, just care about the big bonus they are going to get, so whenever a situation arrives to give feedback is better to talk to a wall. 2. Little room for growing, unless you are cheaper than the market. 3. Fake numbers and metrics. Do you really think we are blind? Are we kids? Are you going to hide the problems on teambuildings instead of talking about them? Do you know what is the... general feeling? 4. I feel sad that i could go on and on on this list, when I arrive being a super happy employee, but know that nobody knows who really runs this company, this is chaos.

Advice to Management

No more fake metrics and numbers. Accept feedback. Your goal could be selling the company as soon as possible, but some people here are making a career.
