Pros

Average pay, Unlimited overtime, Very easy work, Good insurance

Cons

It's worth noting that Signicast recently changed owners, and after that happened nearly half of the workforce quit due to the stripping of major benefits and subsequent downturn in morale. Everyone is overwhelmed and overworked (including mid-management) due to so many employees leaving and the current turnover rate. Management is complacent, disorganized, noncommunicative, and uncaring with a "Just get it done" attitude. It's very much a "Hack" environment, with no focus on quality or consistency. Frequently forced to do work outside your job scope since they are short on employees. Profit sharing is Laughably small compared to all other companies, when it used to be substantial. No major holiday bonuses. Any and all work parties are mostly funded by the employees. You might get a free hot dog once a year. Overall not a very good place to work anymore, I used to recommend this place to people, but that stopped 5+ years ago.

Pros

I used to be able to fill this with positives, not so much anymore.

Cons

If you love 12 hour rotating shifts and trying to balance familly and friend relations, good luck. If you would like to work harder and learn new skillsets, while trying to top out , its not going to happen. It will become required of you to pick up the slack of others and correct their disregard of conforming practices, all while being pressed to run it in the red, because they cant retain employees. If you also can handel suggestions to management falling on deaf ears, then this job is for you.

Pros

Some of the people were great to work with.

Cons

Upper management allows bad employee behavior. Micromanaged culture. Upper management is very old school mentality. Managers had no authority to actually manage their team.
