The CEO cannot be trusted. She makes selfish and idiotic decisions daily. She thinks she knows everything but knows nothing. She lies. She has created a toxic work environment. She can't pay attention for more than 30 seconds before getting distracted. She verbally abuses her staff. There's no HR aside from her wife. You'll be called stupid or threatened to be fired if you disagree with her.
