People oriented culture in a beautiful office in downtown Porto - whilst also being hybrid friendly. Fast moving pace which keeps everyday interesting. Management value contributions from the team, giving sense of ownership and purpose beyond just the task at hand. Strong belief in macro-management meaning maximum freedom, maximum responsibility. Great benefits, fair compensation and awesome annual retreat. Timely recognition of individual's growth and performance. Always seeking to push the boundaries of excellence - a constant determination to better the quality of work, with good team support values to make sure the work produced is always something to be proud of.
Cons
Internal comms can be lacking at times, leading to a little uncertainty about bigger picture direction.
