Pros
There are many things that are unique to working at Silver Fox. The opportunity to travel creates a lasting bond with your co-workers that manifests itself in a team environment in which everyone bands together and has each other's backs. Silver Fox has also been a great place to grow my career. Upper management stresses the ability to present ideas and initiatives to them. They implement those ideas when they align with the vision of the company. I have personally been able to take on many responsibilities that cater to my own interests and career path.
Cons
It's very easy to get caught up in providing great customer service and taking on more and more responsibility and lose a good balance between working and life.

Pros
We have a great training program and a very committed staff helping our new hires to develop and succeed. There are opportunities for all employees to work on a range of very different projects, developing and honing new skills in a low-risk environment.
Cons
During our busy event season, the quantity of client based work can be challenging, work and life can be very unbalanced.
