      Friendly team facing obstacles from outside

      Pros

      Friendly dev team Work was interesting - developing app from scratch. Room to work on new things - so ability to gain and improve new skills.

      Cons

      Little supports from higher-ups outside the team Salary not competitive Job was clearly never secure No room for career growth (or salary growth) Bonuses not given to all despite glowing performance reviews very sub-par benefits

      Pros

      Supportive and inclusive work environment. Fast growing business making the days great fun. Work with other highly skilled professionals. Making a positive impact towards reducing carbon emissions. Value teamwork, creativity and strong work ethics. Able to have lunch with the CEO and other C-Suite, SMT team members and colleagues when in the office. Lovely central London office with great coffee, fruit and breakfast! Hybrid working. Health and Life Insurance. Senior management are keen to hear the voice of the employee to continue building a strong company with a great culture. Seasoned and highly skilled and experienced senior management who understand the sector and the goals of the business - you're in safe hands!

      Cons

      Longer hours of working, to cope with strong growth - is that all together a bad thing when the business is doing well? Perks need revision and improvement - watch this space! Fast pace of growth means constantly dealing with change which can be tiring and requires resilient team players. Not ideal environment if you don't like ambiguity/fast pace.

      Pros

      I work with hardworking, enthusiastic and fun individuals day in day out. Having previously been in a company with 40k+ employees it's great to be somewhere where you feel like you're making a significant difference and contributing to the growth of the company. Plenty of scope to develop and opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Salary is competitive, but there are limited additional benefits. With the level of growth this is expected to change.
