Pros

The company is innovating in AI and is on the forefront of improving engineering workflows massively with AI. The team is highly competent and the management is visionary, motivated, and have great values. A great place to work.

Cons

Working from home is a great advantage but getting together regularly is somewhat of a challenge.

- very interesting product to work and develop - work from home - very nice parties - colleagues are nice and not pretentious

- top down decisions - willing to grow fast, but they fail to accept ideas which they do not completely align with their specific way of thinking
