First of all, there was, without a doubt, quite some dodgy things going on with the production of the products and the information about the products and policies given to customers. Questions about this were not tolerated, nor answered, but deliberately kept vaguely.
Toilet time was measured and to be fair every single second was measured and attempted to be controlled. I was surprised by the number of people getting (suddenly) fired. I've had it happen multiple times that I spoke to a colleague of mine and then the next day they were no longer working there.
Then, do not take the risk to stick your neck out for you or others, because they will drag you into horrifying legal processes you do not want to be in. The appreciation and kindness from before will all gone. Simba has proven to do just about anything to get rid of you when you stand up for what is right.
Lastly, hidden intimidation by using a lot of very nice words. Nepotism is very much present. Overall, I do believe Simba could be an actual good company if they would invest more quality in their products and not just in the marketing department that plays ping pong half of the time.
