I am very sorry your experience with Simcona was not what you were expecting. We understand your concern about the issue you raised regarding growth and reviews. This is the first we have heard of both after reading this review and we have no record of concern regarding growth, or the legitimacy of reviews made to management or HR. Had we known, we would have eagerly discussed these with you.
It takes a village, and without the hard work and dedication of our team members, Simcona wouldn’t be where it is today. This is why are consistently striving to create a positive work environment that encourages growth and goal attainment for our employees. We are particularly grateful for our team members, and we make sure to demonstrate our appreciation frequently, through events, positive feedback, awards, employee recognitions, PTO and more. We are also transparent about our performance and in the month of July, we publicly recognized several individuals who contributed to key initiatives.
Simcona does not write its own reviews. Like yours, all reviews received are anonymous. We’ve found that when employees are happy to come to work, it inspires others to think positively. We are extremely thankful for the feedback we’ve received thus far, both positive and negative. We believe it plays a vital role in fostering a positive culture where employees can thrive and become sources of support and inspiration to each other.
