- 3 Layoffs in 5 months - Poor Leadership, Alejo & Santiago got no vision. They were doing technology service and put it together as a product and the product is crap. They got massive funding, but their expansion goals failed miserable. Their expansion in India is really a huge failure. The leadership couldn't understand the market and the culture, and they shutdown the entity within 9 months. If you are in India, Please don't join this company. Such a pathetic experience for all the India Employees. Look at all the other online reviews and reach out to the BD/Sales Team before joining.

Management has no clue and runs on hunches and founders have no say in running of the company, They have no clear vision of the future and platform is not upto the mark for any region which they are trying expand

They pay decently and on time. Made all international employees travel to Colombia for yearly meetup.

Cons

- They fired at least 25 FTs and 50 interns from india. - They fired majority of Outbound team from US. - Constantly pivoted strategies, sometimes within 30 days - Weak product and the management is unwilling to accept it.
