Supportive techs, but management prioritizes profits over staff

Most techs are great and help each other survive the day. Pay is good

Cons

Management. You as a tech mean nothing. They will try to make you see as many patients as possible, don’t care if you’re triple booked because it’s “patient care”. Knowing they are adding whoever they can so that they can get there bonus. You can forget about lunch breaks or leaving on time.

Family oriented employer. Great starting pay. Great PTO program. Free whole body scans.

Cons

Insurance is not the greatest with high deductibles. No raises. Communication from upper management is lacking.
