Only 7 employee here, so a great team bonding you will see. 4. Transparency, No matter if you have money or don't have, Birthday party in a good hotel is mandatory. 5. Competitive environment, One will not let you grow because it will make unsafe for his job. 6. Quick adaptive, You will be fired anytime if they found a developer in less package. 7. Hard work, No one is here for support so you can be one man army in few months.
