      Pros

      Dynamic environment, growing a lot, measuring tasks with objective metrics, very fullfilling corporate mission, good executive team and very hands-on work oriented.

      Cons

      For some people, spending time in rural areas can be a drawback, for other it might be a nice environment to work in. It is not the place for people looking for security, but yes for those looking for excitment.

      Large team, interesting projects, many familiar people.

      Cons

      Incompetent HR department. Management without critical thinking. Homophobic colleagues. No real concern for employees. Didn't try to maintain loyalty.
